Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, electric kettle, and tv. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with plug adaptors. I highly recommend the business center for work needs. I'm coming back for a trip!

The breakfast spread impressed me, offering a variety of fresh fruits and breads. the shower's inconsistent water temperature was frustrating. A tip , be sure to check if air conditioning is available in your room, as this could significantly affect your comfort.

i simply cannot believe the standards here—no air conditioning and poor drainage in the shower. as an absoluteley important guest, i woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary upgrade after these inconveniences, but apparently that's too much to ask. the 'friendly' staff are only friendly when they're not enforcing their odd rules.

The location stands out, just a pleasant stroll to major attractions and the open-air cafe offered delicious salads. the lack of air-conditioning was disappointing during my summer stay, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. the staff in the coffee shop were unwelcoming, with inconsistent service during breakfast, where options were limited and often cold. it was a neat and cozy place, but summer visitors should be aware of the heat.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to three metro lines and bus stops nearby. The family room we stayed in was spacious and came equipped with a microwave and kettle, which was super convenient for our children's snacks.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm during the hotter days.

This was just a good pick for one night in Berlin with very good value for money. The room was comfortable, and the interesting water meters in the bathroom caught my eye. Make sure to check the breakfast options. you can find better elsewhere for less!

Its convenient proximity to major attractions made our sightseeing effortless and enjoyable. the absence of air conditioning was a letdown during the warm summer days.

This place boasts a solid breakfast buffet that includes fresh fruit and a generous selection of bread. The twin room with bunk beds I had on the 7th floor offered some pretty nice views and was adequately handy for reaching nearby spots like the Zoo and Tiergarten, making it a decent base for exploring.

The lack of air conditioning made my evenings stuffy, especially during peak summer heat. I also dealt with some noisy neighbors one night, as the walls hardly blocked out their karaoke antics. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable, leaving me waking up a bit sore. On top of that, the Wi-Fi struggled during peak hours, making it hard to connect when I really needed it. Lastly, room cleaning every three days felt a bit sparse—I expected a bit more upkeep during my stay.

We had a right laugh here! The room was clean as a whistle, and the bed was proper comfy. Breakfast was a real treat, loads to choose from. Only downside, the lift could be a bit dodgy, mate. Still, I'd book again for sure!
